Following a housing allocation in Leeds City Council's Site Allocations Plan, outline consent was secured on 27 August 2020 for residential development of up to 77 no. dwellings with means of access secured (subject to completion of a S.106 Agreement). All other matters are left to be reserved.

The S.106 Agreement will include the following planning obligations:  

• Provision of 15% affordable housing;
• Travel Plan Fund of £550 per dwelling;
• Travel Plan monitoring fee of £3,090;
• Highways improvements contribution of £96,000; and
• Local Employment Initiatives.
