Offer Process

 

We are instructed to invite offers for the freehold interest by way of informal tender. The deadline for receipt of offers is 12 noon, Friday 6 November 2020.

 

Offers are invited conditional on reserved matters approval and should provide the following information. Our clients' preference is for unconditional bids. 

 

  • Financial offer and proposed contractual arrangements;
  • Planning strategy;
  • Anticipated timeline for submission and receipt of planning permission;
  • Conditions of the offer;
  • Schedule of allowances made for abnormal development costs and planning gain;
  • Proposals and timescales in respect of pre-contract due diligence;
  • Financial offer and proposed contractual arrangements; and
  • Anticipated timeline for exchange and completion.

 

The Data Room contains a detailed technical information pack which should be considered in full when formulating an offer. An offer form will be available shortly and will stipulate the information required in support of bids. The offer form will need to be completed in full in support of all offers.

 

Offers are invited electronically to philip.roebuck@cushwake.com and oliver.salisbury@cushwake.com. Offers should be submitted on the offer form in PDF format and all requested information should be provided. If hard copies of scaled scheme layouts are available these should be sent to Cushman & Wakefield's office within one working day of the tender deadline.
